Big promises, big dissapointments - Anonymous employee Postindustria Employee Review

- They promise you a lot of stuff which they don't fulfil. - Too small volume of work and they convince you "don't worry, the workload will come". - I was the ONLY designer at the company, no design team, no processes, no talking to team, NO TEAM, they reach out to you like you're some sort of freelancer, no feedback, some PMs are VERY COLD people and their responses also. After 6 months trial period I was on an indefinite contract (meaning I can't get fired for nothing?) and then randomly one morning I get a call from HR that I'm fired because they lost a big project and it had nothing to do with me but still. - CEO DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO EXPLAIN. HE DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP TO TALK. I finished 4 projects in my 6 months, and was let go one random morning. - THEY DON'T EVEN PUBLISH IN SLACK WHEN SOMEONE IS LEAVING THE COMPANY, ONLY THE COME-INS. VERY SEE-THROUGH.
