      Unbridled leadership, low paying commission structure that is based off KPI's and conversion, lead quality can be very hit or miss.

      work was steady and pay was consistent

      Cons

      Entire company y was ran like a boys club. If you weren't in the clique you werent important. Sexual harassment and unfair demotions if advances werent entertained.
