- No clients, no production and no income. - Company go really cheap on employers when it comes to development equipment. Used to give 80$ for equipment but stopped. Be ready to have low level computer, with low level keyboard/mouse and it service. - Company presents are hilarious such as "We were able to achieve 50$ for udemy". If you wish to buy education, be ready to go through bureaucracy. - Planning can take more then a full day per single sprint. You'll have many opinions of managers about tech stuff, and won't be able to do what's right. - Develop is SUPER slow. lot of bureaucracy again. - Lies, secrets and firings. Be ready to be the "small" worker, with managers that has a lot of "secrets" and surprises. Bottom line: Check what product you go to. Some of the products are failure fore many years but still hiring new employees.
