Pros

The pay is decent and benefits are excellent. If you're single with no family and don't mind working hard and alot of hours; you can make alot of money. If you can stick it out.....one day you may get a day route which are the easiest routes.

Cons

High turnover rate and understaffed resulting in long routes and shift. They accommodate the long time hires best (one guy has Friday-Sunday off and the rest Saturday and Sunday). New hires have a long wait before getting weekends off. No set schedule- one day you go in at 2pm the next 4 or 5 pm. Because you're filling in for guys that have days off you never know what time you'll get done with shift; they add stops onto regular routes you fill in for. Largest stop is 125 plus trucks and then DEF to boot. Poor route planning. Rather than have drivers serve a specific area they spread you out, for example- they have you do a couple stops in Kent then Tukwila and three more in Bellevue rather than keep you in one area. There's at least one driver I know of where all his stops are in Kent. All regular routes are taken by long time drivers. I had experience when hired and guys fresh out of truck driving school were making as much as I was per hour.

Cons

Due to the small size of the company, upward mobility is more or less capped where you come in.
