Terrible delays in processing clients' paperwork, which results in children going without much-needed services. Providers must stay on top of the payroll and make sure that you're compensated for the services provided. I've had to chase them down way too many times to correct the payroll and, while they're apologetic and nice about correcting the errors, I don't trust them to pay me what I'm owed without my vigilance!
