Initially, in the rapid scale-up phase, access to sales training was rather limited. As an entry-level SDR, it required you to use great initiative and to learn the sales processes by simply learning from other SDRs. SDR Managers did not really help with initial training, nor did they understand the role particularly well due to the fact most SDR Managers were so new themselves. However, this has been amended and I know the the company now offers fantastic sales training for all roles.
