Pros
Pay is higher than most other places.
Cons
Logistics and organization are abysmal. There is no formal training process or onboarding. All training is by word of mouth. The job consists of working in a filthy, unkept environment where you will be going home with stains daily. Management is condescending and unprofessional, creating a toxic workplace. Proper instructions are never provided and priorities are not made clear. Absolutely no recognition of hard work and dedication. You will receive zero transferrable skills as the work is very specific to the industry. Working too hard here will only result in increases expectations of you, to the point where you are asked to do the work of two people. Do yourself a favor and withdraw your application.
