Pros

-Work life balance -No Micromanagement -employees are very co-operative and supportive.

Cons

- Frequent layoffs, it was once in a year in 2024 and in 2025 it became a regular thing and dont know when someone will be laid off, its not related to performance. - They have recruited a team of 4 people and after 7 months they removed the entire team, no vision, if you dont have the vision why should you hire and remove someone. - They are spending lot of amount in higher management but when it comes to layoffs they are focusing on transaction level and which is increasing work load at transaction level, who is the real impactors. - With the layoffs there is no positivity and energy at the ground level and everyone is scared whether they will be there tomorrow. - Most of people are checking their invites and if its 1-1 then they are scared till the meeting happened. - they recently built a 5 years plan and i guess the plan is for laying off people.

Pros

My coworkers were all great. Being a CRO, a good variety of studies came through, giving me exposure to a variety of imaging modalities and study designs. The work is varied and interesting.

Cons

There has been some recent turnover and company structure changes due to the company recently being acquired.

Pros

Supportive co-workers make it worthwhile to stay Variety in therapeutic areas make it interesting to learn Customization in study design allows for a wide range of exposure to different study set-up needs Relatively generous PTO plan

Cons

No transparency from leadership Stressful deadlines/unrealistic expectations Lack of proactive communication between departments Most departments are currently understaffed Onboarding takes a long time Recent merger has caused too many things to change all at once creating a lot of chaos in the organization in an effort to 'streamline' Benefits have gone downhill over time Lots of overtime to keep up with study demands
