- As with any early childhood center; gossip. Everyone is smart and caring there, and if they put their energy towards their work instead of gossiping, it would be an absolutely amazing work environment.

Employees give top notch education and nurturing to the children in their care.

Terrible communication throughout the agency. Senior managers are out of touch with classrooms. Very toxic atmosphere and morale suffers.
