HR (known as people & culture at meta) has failed to deliver on promises to revamp the compensation structure for 3+ years now. In addition to this some departments have been receiving raises/bonuses/promotions while others have been ignored and told to apply internally for promotions. Yes, that's right, you apply for promotions here. You do not get rewarded with one. If you want to get a promotion you have to apply & interview internally.
Other cons:
-Overall benefits package is getting restructured/trimmed
-Salaries are low
-No growth/career path structure in place
-Goals and HHS culture are a carrot & stick for employees that are unfortunate enough to remain here.
