Pros
- Direct reporting management is great! They seem to care about you and will stand up for your department. - Onboarding process was fairly easy - Interview process was quick and painless with 3 rounds of interviews
Cons
- Higher up management is out of touch and seems to think they are better than others. They give barking orders without thinking about what they are asking of those below them. - HR/payroll does not care about you at all. If they mess something up, they will not take responsibility and fix it or make it right. They will also just completely ignore you if the conversation is not going how they want.
