      Pros

      Generally competent and friendly management staff. Quick morning meetings prepare you for the day. Most employees care about the products the store sells. Plenty of activities/trips planned outside of work to build community and advance people in their knowledge/experience of different sports.

      Inconsistent work scheduling.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
