Pros
The job looked stable and had lots of different challenges and we were interacting often with our Japanese colleagues. Salary was average to good and had staff shop to buy discounted Panasonic product which can save lots; think TV/audio/camera but also kitchen electricals and washing machine.
Cons
First downside is that our center was shut down due to parent company average or bad performance. Maybe management decisions not communicated effectively because it always looked ok when not being ok at all.
