Pros
There is great PTO - if you can use it. Seems to be a decent opportunity to get your foot in the door in the GMP world.
Cons
Too much work, not enough staff, equipment, or facilities. A member of senior management was heard saying they were intentionally working employees to their breaking point. Some of the business decisions being made makes one wonder what on earth senior management is thinking. Lots of secrecy and egos.
