We measure this on a quarterly basis and keep all our people updated on the comments and feedback. Regarding your comment about our products, we appreciate your honesty. You mention the broker product, this is only available in the UK and has been for some time and is continuing to gain traction in the marketplace. We do strive to continuously improve our offerings and value feedback from both our employees and customers. We encourage you to share specific suggestions or concerns regarding our products, as this insight can help us in iterating and delivering the best possible solutions.
