Excellent balance. Plenty of freedom as long as work gets done.

Some busy weeks each year lead to long hours.

Not many come to mind

Worst managed company that I have ever worked for. Senior Management does not have a clue and promote based on length of time with company and friendship, not based on merit, experience or skill set. Promoted someone to Chief Marketing and Sales Officer because she had been with the company for a long time and was tight with the CEO. No real experience in Marketing or Sales and was a disaster.
