1. Not suitable for senior employees (more than 5-7 years of experience) coming from classic MNCs like Accenture, IBM, Oracle, HP, Siemens etc. This is just a CHEAP startup company and not at all recommended for people coming from classic MNCs
2. The CEO does not pay attention during the status meetings sometimes and asks the same question repeatedly having something else in mind. No focus and no concentration. Really useless
3. No opportunities for growth. The CEO says during the all hands meeting that employees get the chance to grow but he does firing at the backend which is such a cheap mindset
4. The CEO may have the right to fire the employees but he should be capable enough to give the SEVERENCE PACKAGE as per the years of experience. For example, if an employee is having 2 years exp and fired by the CEO, then he should be given 2 months salary. If a senior employee is having 14 years exp and fired by the CEO, then he should be given 14 months salary. If the CEO is not capable and doesn't have the GUTS to give the severence package then he has NO RIGHT TO FIRE THE EMPLOYEES
5. Severe legal action should be taken against the company since there is firing happening without any job security
6. The CEO ends up giving iphones to all employees at the FRONTEND but ends up firing people at the BACKEND to compensate for the financial losses occurred. This is his true character. More cunning than a fox with cheap mindset and cheap attitude
7. The CO FOUNDER (Edward) is a nice person as he cares for people but is often influenced by the CEO due to lack of AUTHORITY and he also ends up being negative
8. This is a collective feedback given by many employees of P360 and not just one person. If we send a mail to CEO giving our opinion then we would be the next bunch of people to get fired and hence we have used GLASSDOOR as a channel to showcase our true and honest feedback. THANKS TO GLASSDOOR

Please start looking out for better JOBS outside because you may get fired anytime and be at risk. Everyone has got their responsibilities and commitments and people are at huge risk working in this company. If you are having multiple income sources then it doesn't really matter but if you are relying only on this company income then you are at BIG RISK because you may get fired anytime by the CEO
