      stable pay and nice colleagues

      Cons

      Do not dare to show that you are smarter than your German boss if you want to avoid being harassed. Xenophobe comments, if you are the wrong nationality (according to some German boss), then you are worthless, lack of office support when in the field, you are good only if your boss likes you regardless of your actual work performance, poor or no training, poor planning, travel for weeks with unpaid weekends, just to name a few of them.

      Team, projects, benefits, pay, travel, flexibility, learning... everything is great. I love this job!

      Cons

      Can be stressful if you do not know how to prioritize work/life balance. Luckily the company does and will encourage you to.

      Pros

      There is lots of different kind of Projects. some time you on your own. Need to thing out of BOX.

      Cons

      Low salary. crazy hours. This is company where i saw traveling hours pay at min wages. Any way employee is not working in traveling but still he is give his personal time to get in market. As well for Citizen and Green card holder pay are lower then Nonimmigrant worker.
