      Overworked and underpaid. Leadership inconsistent with messaging and treats employees horrible. Just not honest with staff which is very frustrating. Toxic work environment.

      Pros

      OMG truly has a family environment. It wants staff to have work-life balance and is very family-centric. Pay is competitive. Benefits, including holidays and PTO, are amazing!
