Orderful is a phenomenal company. Everyone I work with is not only intelligent and hard working, but kind and thoughtful as well. The culture is amazing - the standards are high and people are held accountable, but objectives are realistic and there is always a path and support system to reach lofty goals. Management clearly cares about professional and personal development, and has demonstrated that there is no ceiling for career progression for high performers. Finally, the company really promotes wellness and work-life balance, and treats employees as holistic people with hobbies and interests outside of work and not just cogs in a machine. Honestly I couldn't be happier with how things are going, and couldn't be more excited for what lies ahead.
