Pros

The people are nice. Noah’s not a bad guy, it’s just a terrible job. Can get hired fast if you need to make some quick cash while looking for a better job.

Cons

They totally misrepresent the position and company. They advertise it under a bunch of different titles on linked in, make it seem like a legit corporate position. It’s not. Marketing associate, account manager, sales rep, it’s all the same sh**ty in person sales position. You are a glorified greeter, standing for 6+ hours a day trying to sell to customers as they walk past you. Company is set up like a pyramid, climb high enough you can create your own team and open up your own offices under whatever business name you want. Each company falls under a larger national company, but they WONT tell you the company. It’s literally a secret that is kept from the employees. Very suspicious to not know who you are working for. Clearly it’s not very reputable or else it wouldn’t be kept a secret. Crap pay, base (like $16-$18) OR commission. High turnover rate, constantly hiring and firing people. You’re required to dress business professional and come into the office at 7am 5 days a week for a one hour meeting. Doesn’t pay nearly enough to ask that much of their employees. Advertise opportunities for rapid growth, it’s just to keep you drinking the kool aid, no matter if you’re at the top of the company or the bottom you do the same job. You can probably make good money if you are really good at it, but the amount of effort and time required you’re better off just finding a better job. The people that make real money work 10+ hours a day 6 times a week.

Pros

Noah and his team were great mentors, helping me gain a lot of transferable skills. The work environment is fun and welcoming. The job itself is pretty easy if you like people. The schedule was flexible which was nice because I was a student. It was a great place to start my career and it helped prepare me for my next opportunity.

Cons

It’s not a typical clock in clock out job, so if that’s what you’re looking for you might not like it.

Pros

My experience with Oracle Acquisition has been nothing short of exceptional. From day one, I’ve been part of a team that truly values growth, accountability, and collaboration. The company culture encourages everyone to perform at their best while supporting one another to reach shared goals. What stands out most is the balance between professionalism and genuine teamwork. Every individual is committed to personal development, yet equally invested in helping others succeed. The leadership fosters an environment where feedback is welcomed, hard work is recognized, and learning never stops. Oracle Acquisition has challenged me to grow not only as a professional but also as a person. The energy within the office is contagious—everyone pushes each other to improve, stay focused, and bring their best attitude each day. It’s a culture that celebrates discipline, consistency, and progress. Overall, being part of Oracle Acquisition has been a truly rewarding experience. It’s an organization built on integrity, teamwork, and the shared pursuit of excellence—qualities that make it a place where people and performance thrive.

Cons

Cons of Working at Oracle Acquisitions: While there are many opportunities for growth at Oracle Acquisitions, it’s important to note that the environment is very fast-paced and highly demanding. Individuals who are not naturally outgoing or comfortable engaging with others may find it challenging to thrive in this setting. Additionally, advancement within the company can sometimes depend on seniority or internal dynamics, which may be viewed as a drawback by some.
