      For someone new to the industry, a short stay can offer basic hands-on experience.

      Cons

      Leadership is deeply flawed and driven by arrogance. Pay is handled unfairly, with constant attempts to reduce or delay what employees earn. Hard work is met with anxiety over whether payment will even arrive as promised. Firings happen suddenly and without clear cause, creating fear and instability across the team.

      No pros whatsoever BEWARE of them promising everything and delivering nothing!

      Cons

      Do not work here! The management and ownership is absolutely terrible! They’ll teach you how to be a nice face to customers and how to rip off poor immigrants that would literally buy contracts off the owner. If you’re into dramas, you’d love to work there just make sure you get your popcorn ready!
