Pros
Interesting and challenging projects are going on all the time. The opportunity to work on these projects is inspiring at times. Learning from a few of the employees and managers is always a bonus. There is a real sense of camaraderie among groups of employees which makes it a great place to work.
Cons
Upper Management has such a skewed sense of self entitlement that they have lost their manners when speaking to employees. Often times SVP's and below are spoken to with such condescending tones, it's embarrassing to be in the meeting. The company is so overly micro managed it ends up bottle necking projects and costing the company more money due to delayed decisions.
