Pros

- Decent stepping stone for fresh grads, as the sheer volume of work assigned to you will stack up your experience - Very nice colleagues as most of them are generally nice to one another

Cons

- Management seem to gaslight their employees most of the time to cover up their pristine image. They must all be pro taichi masters. - As long as you do not get on the good side of the higher ups, you will always be the bottom of the food chain. It does not matter how well you do your job or how well your client view you, the biasness alone is enough to push you down. - The benefits and compensation this company offers is subpar compared to others, so if you do not mind getting milked here for a while please go ahead. - The high turnover rate for this company is the reason why employees have to work extra hard almost everyday to cover up for someone else's work.

Pros

As an account manager, you’re expected to really understand your clients business and operations and proposing suitable solutions to help their business grow. You learn to be answerable to your own proposal to client and not just another coordinator. It can be demanding because clients move fast and expectations internally are also high. But it forces you to think more and actually advise instead of just following instructions. Team support is there, especially from backend teams like SEO and performance. If you put in the effort, you’ll learn quite a lot about different industries.

Cons

Not a place to coast, but good if you want to grow beyond basic account servicing.

Pros

- Pantry is stocked well at the beginning of each month - There are some colleagues that are nice, while others not. - Good exposure to different kinds of clients - Easy access to the MRT

Cons

- Poor management and often a lot of micromanaging. - A lot of office politics, good luck being there long if you're not in a clique - Pay is low, especially for the amount of work piled on you over time - The work is piled up so that there's no work-life balance - They prioritise quantity over quality but still expect you to be perfect - You must be always submissive and never question anyone - Some team leads shouldn't even have the position they're in because they don't do it well, and abuse their position of power. But due to cliques in the office, they are shielded from accountability by upper management and "can't be touched". - The cliques there make it feel like I'm back in secondary school - HR is quite incompetent in many aspects of an HR job scope - New people or people not part of the office inner circle are usually targeted for failure/termination. - New hires are undermined/looked down upon even if they have more knowledge of things pertaining to their client's industry. - Promises of growth, mentorship, and guidance are lies, they're non-existent - Very very high turnover rate
