      Is it legal to hold paychecks for months at a time? - Contractor Nvms Employee Review

      Pros

      They don't require training. Easy to get started but you won't get paid.

      Cons

      It takes 2 MONTHS from the job completion to get "paid". Meaning they issue a check after 2 months and then sit on it for over another month unless you complain and even then it's like pulling teeth to get paid. It that even legal?

      None, they is none that I have seen

      They take long to pay, or pay at all, constantly asking where is my payment, of course I dint get response. They sure want you to di a job ASAP, but dont pay, or make you wait a long time to get payments, and when they want you to work, the pay is very low, you have to ask for higher pay, then they try to get it approved, expect you to do it ASAP, BUT WAIT FOR PAYMENT, AND WORST THEY SEND A CHECK BY MAIL!!!! Horrible finish to work with, they dint respond to your messages or pay, im going to report them to the BBB, as well as the CFPB, as well as to my attorney!!
