Deserving candidates are not getting paid as per their hard work & Talent. 3. InstaRem VP follow favouritism. 4. InstaRem director is polluting entire Team's environment with his Dirty politics. many people left organisation because of his dirty politics & behaviour. 5. PIP rated resources are getting promoted, but high rating resources are not getting even what they deserve, this is how appraisal happen in InstaRem.
