You can learn and you will be able to work with a good group of people. Good place to start a career or gain experience.
Cons
Leadership specifically on the technology side have a mean spirited hive mentality. If you do not look like them or speak up too much they will create problems for you. Technology leaders do not have the team members best interests at heart and smile while trying to take advantage of you. Do your research and never accept their first salary offer. You cannot stay at this place long unless you want to rack up thousands in missed compensation.
