Business outlook
Pros
This is a very conservative company which is not publicly traded. The company is very kind and flexible with employees. The benefits package is good, good health insurance, life insurance, 401(k), dental insurance, vision coverage, and so on. The fact that the company is not publicly traded means that we do not have to meet quaterly profit expectations, therefor, the company is better able to hire and retain talent when the economy turns down. That is a great aspect and is very relevant in given today's economic enviroment. Also, they do not put a large importance on proper spelling, which benefits me.
Cons
Lower pay that other large financial institutions
