Upper Management doesn't have a clue on how to deal with issues properly. They care more about profits than about the people working at the company. Pay is underwhelming for the amount of work being asked for. They claim "competitive pricing" but, everyone is competitive in a race doesn't mean that they have a chance or should even be there. Dreams program isn't necessary but forced onto people. Most people feel like they have to do it because how forced down everyone's throat.
