- In a fast-paced environment, sometimes tickets are getting out of control, and surprise tickets are being normalized in every sprint.
- No matter how much success and breakthroughs the company is experiencing, or no matter how much contribution you make or sleepless nights you've spent, their employee salaries still remain the same unless the employee itself sends a request for an increase. It would be nice if the promised performance reviews every 3-4 months will be followed.
