Performance Incentives, Salaries and Increments: (a) Till date 100% employees have received performance incentives, till the last date, except those: - asked to leave due to performance / other issues. - who did not provide the laid-down notice. (b) Our Salaries are more than competetive, compared to any Indian IT Companies - we have no shortage of excellent people joining, including from IITs. (c) Increments: Increments are relatively extremely high. 2. Transparency: We have - a Discourse, for all to post concerns. - Weekly Team Leads Meetings for updates and feedbacks - Monthly Tea for updates and seeking feedbacks - a Bi-annual Open-house 3. Infrastructure and Food: We do not claim word class-infra, yet we have been complimented by many on our facilities exceeding those of most companies of our size, including all free meals – b'fast, lunch and dinner. We however promise hygienic, wholesome food, not gourmet fare. 4. Fake Reviews: We simply do not believe in / endorse fake reviews. We prefer to respond and present our version, like this. 5. Yes we work hard but no one is compelled to stay back - we have young, energetic people, including in thier first jobs, who are eager to contribute as well as learn.
