In my experience there isn’t many but The pay is stable and the relationship between customer service advisors and techs are good management is fairly decent
Cons
Poor quality equipment Sometimes sales staff and management doesn’t always have automotive knowledge on the task at hand , over up selling of automotive products and parts that customers don’t need and often don’t want , feels more like a autozone with a shop attached to it
