Pros
Nice physical place to work. Building is being updated but is far behind other area hospitals in decor. Food is fairly good compared to most hospitals. Traditional retirement program.
Cons
Disrespect abounds. If you are a nurse expect to put your license on the line. You are urged to violate nursing standards and hospital policy. If you have an integrity stay clear. You will not be promoted for experience or expertise. You will however be promoted if you party with the "right people" If you are a normal working person that cares about patient care, and your family don't bother. Pay and benefits falling below competition.
