Cons
Lack of processes, procedures, and consistency in day to day task. Extremely cumbersome use of SAP database that does not allow for efficiency of day to day operation. Too many daily meetings which doesn't allow for actual work to be completed. Undefined roles and responsibilities which cause many employees to wear too many hats. No work life balance - Extreme expectation of employees to work 10-12 hour days, plus some weekends and holidays (without compensation for salaried employees). Stressful environment - Unorganized and lots of finger pointing. Many stressed out employees. Sometimes breaks and one hour lunches are discouraged. A couple of unprofessional managers who are rude, demeaning to the employees, and are constantly displaying anger and use of profanity. Politics- Competent employees are overworked and incompetent employees are viewed as not trustworthy but are rewarded with the same compensation and less responsibility. Some teams and a couple of poor managers can get away with anything due to their relationship with executives.
