Unprofessional Office - Escrow Mor Escrow Employee Review

The receptionist is the nicest person there.

You are expected to do a lot of work in a little amount of time for low money.

Pros: I liked my co-workers, they were nice and helpful

Cons: Poor communication from management on expectations for training timeline. Training consisted of 5 minute verbal instructions per new skill that in total lasted less than half a day. The expectation was that I would be mastering new skills within the first week but that was not communicated when training started. Was not allowed to ask co-workers for help with simple questions. COVID: Everyone worked in the office, no one was required or encouraged to wear masks, temperatures were not taken, and social distancing was not required.
