Pros
I’ve been here six years, which probably tells you everything you need to know. The pay at Monster is outstanding, the bonuses are real and actually attainable, and the benefits are honestly hard to believe until you’re getting them (free dental/vision and a yearly vacation stipend).
What keeps me here is how this place is run. You’re held to a high standard, but you’re not left on your own to figure it out. You’re required to show up everyday with a good attitude and actually try...and when you do, people notice.
Getting guests on vacation genuinely feels like a win—especially when the whole room reacts with applause like you just hit a game-winning shot!
You don’t need experience to start, and there’s a ton of room to grow since Monster only promotes from within. If you stay consistent, you can build something real here.
Monster invests in its people every day, and they actually mean it.
Cons
It's not for everyone. The expectations are real—attendance, attitude, and performance all matter, and they hold you to it. If you struggle in any of those areas, it probably won’t work out.
