The team works together to serve the customer. The management works hard to improve. I’ve worked for Miltope for a long time and there will always be folks that you can’t make happy but Miltope is a good place to work.

I’ve worked in some rough places. Miltope is clean, safe, air conditioned and production is a one shift sit down role.

The company provides steady work and some opportunity for learning through hands-on experience.

-The technology feels like it's been frozen in time, turning simple accounting tasks into hours of pointless struggle. -Processes are a confusing mess with no structure or clarity. -Leadership is completely detached from reality, ignoring feedback and leaving teams lost in uncertainty. -Communication is almost nonexistent, and expectations change without warning. -Recurring issues pile up while leadership sits in silence. -Deadlines are tight, yet outdated systems make it nearly impossible to deliver quality work on time. -The entire environment feels stuck in place - no growth, no innovation, just frustration on repeat.
