work life balance, very understanding management

outdated software causes poor route making

Get a work vehicle and are able to work at your pace. I dont work there anymore

Pay is horrible, no leadership, no organization, management is crap and will lie to you telling you what you want to hear or they say there is sbout to be a big change coming or working on better bonuses but yet they never do except take away from everyones bonuses and then screwing you over before your day even starts, using an app designed to route you just enough to line their pockets but not to be efficient to take care of you so you dont make any bonuses screwing you over before your day even starts and you ask how? Well here you go.. That start by sending you to point A all the way to point M back to point F that you passed already headed 2 hrs to point M, then they try to send from point F to point T passing Point M you did earlier but now its to late and you can't do it because that is a 3 hr drive to point T now and then will be a 4 1/2 hr drive home which will put me home after 6-630 and you're salary on top of it. But no leadership, and I have seen rocks with more management and leadership skills then this place will ever have. Also, all of dispatch is horrible except 3 of them they were cool.
