Pros
Can make a lot of money if you throw enough people under the bus for your own benefit. Nice coworkers, usually. No weekends. Benefits.
Cons
Cameras everywhere, no trust, you are basically a seat warmer for 9 hours. Whether there is work or not. They don't care about employees opinions, nothing ever changes cause the same old 70 something Italian men are running it 80's style. I don't even think they know what progressive means. If you are a female, you just sit and look pretty. Never open your mouth or you might get fired. Management is threatened by new talent, especially if you have ideas. Big no-no. They will also change your commission structure, without telling you, deduct tariff fees from your pay (even though the customer already saw price increases for the same reason). They draw your check from commission so no base salary. No raises, cause management has to pay for those expensive cars. You will be in a "team" but you will still have to compete with them for money, accounts, territory, etc. Absolutely NO growth opportunities. You better like the job you got hired for. No matter how many times you try to talk to HR about an issue, nothing changes. Actually, if you complain too much, HR will notify your manager and you will get fired. Good luck! Oh, and they're racist! They will make fun of certain names on resumes and will completely discard it if it isn't a "normal name"
