Pros
Nice salary and benefits, the opportunity to work with a diverse team worldwide, learn and develop resilience. Had the chance to meet some of my favorite people and work with a great team.
Cons
Constant layoffs and changes in direction and leadership. Expected to be available at all times. The executive team is very political but not too considerate of its employees. Hired for a position below my experience (I'm guessing to pay less).
