- Management: good communication, offer space to take initiative and responsibilities, still encourage accountability and improvement. - Team: competent, sympathetic and dynamic team, despite being small, all team members are happy to help, the effort is collaborative. - Work: stimulative innovative work, very involved with the product, diversity of projects. - Full remote, flexible.
Cons
The team is still small and went through a few growing and shrinking phases. It's still a start-up and despite growing revenues, there is still an uncertainty about the future. The data science effort is reduced for an undefined period of time.
