Horrible Place to work - Customer Service Representative MedXM Employee Review

Lots of favoritism here, and witnessed inappropriate contact several times by one of the quality control supervisors and a female employees. I felt very uncomfortable with what I saw, and felt like you had to put up with this conduct in order to get ahead. Seems like there was a pattern with this man, and tolerance by management The rules and policies changed constantly. One supervisor would tell me to do something, then another would reprimand me for doing what I was told to do. High turnover, and make huge cuts right before Christmas.
