excellent people, good benefits, satisfying work

no real cons, but need to be an advocate for yourself to earn salary increases and promotions.

Interesting client and we get to use some of their benefits, my manager allows a lot of flexibility for employees that prove themselves

Impacts feel small with a limit in scope Leadership has trouble managing the client so we never feel prepared for major events Work moves very slowly with lack of access to our clients resources and the amount of approvals needed, but the client demands speed.
