Pros

You'll meet a lot of new people if you stick around. I stayed for about 6 months and met about 20+ people since the turnover is so bad.

Cons

Everything about this place is not healthy. I have read the reviews before I accepted the job and regret it so much. I should of listened to my gut. I don't need to be repetitive with all the other reviews but don't listen to the good ones...the director of sales told me one time to write a good review. Awkward...

Pros

The cleanroom is a very organized, well-run operation. Work instructions are clear, and the training is top notch. I have been here for more than 5 years and it is the best lab job I have ever had. Management is always available for questions and to assist when issues arise. Production requirements are the same each week, so we all understand the output needed. We can all get the production schedule completed in a 40 hour week, so the work/life balance is great. We are cross-trained in several of the stations which gives us a variety of work to do each day.

Cons

Nothing I can add for this category.

Pros

The only pro was the ease of going home because the work is near my home.

Cons

As an admin staff, it felt like being trapped in a twisted loop of chaos. Even though the place is close to my home, it was exhausting to show up every day knowing that I was looked down upon . I was belittled; supervisors were not just unprofessional, but also blatantly hostile. I am not surprised most employees resign , yet supervisors treat staff like disposable tools. I attended the meeting only once. Meetings were ridiculous- filled with yelling, blame shifting, and zero accountability. The upper management was drunk on power, they expected us to just listen and abide by their rules. Worse, they play favorites. The company is run by relatives of the owners. No amount of pay is worth the mental toll of working under such insane leadership.
