Pros
The team leads are really talented and truly understand the work that they are involved in. They are always open to understand your point of view and give value to your opinions. The colleagues you are surrounded by, are always helpful and will always help you with any issues related to softwares or conceptualization. You are constantly pushed to grow and develop which is really interesting.
Cons
The only con I can notice is that nobody really starts a convo with you, even when you're new, except the team leads. However, once you break the ice and have a few conversations with your peers and colleagues, this awkward phase disappears pretty soon
