Pros

MHX is a family, ever since I started with the company i've felt welcome with open arms, the tons of kudos from all have been wonderful. I've enjoyed every moment, my role recently expanded which I took on with open arms. If you love change you'll love it here at MHX as the next day isnt the same as the previous. My goal with MHX since its recent start with internal recruiting is to expand this department where I can become the Vice President Of Talent Acquisitions, skys the limit with MHX.

Cons

Not really a con but wish we had personal vehicle maintenance on top of our mileage reimbursement. Outside of this have nothing negative to say, you receive complements for the hard work and hours you put in, you're not micromanaged if you're a self starter and you're never paid late lol.

Pros

Cons

Heavy reliance on temp labor – A large percentage of forklift drivers come from temp services, which can lead to inconsistent performance, limited accountability, and high turnover. Inconsistent training standards – Safety and equipment training may vary depending on location or staffing shortages, creating operational and safety concerns. Unrealistic productivity expectations – Performance goals are sometimes set without fully considering dock space, freight volume, staffing levels, or equipment availability. High management turnover – Frequent leadership changes can disrupt operations, morale, and long-term planning. Leadership hired outside the industry – Some terminal managers and assistant managers may come from unrelated fields, resulting in limited freight or logistics experience.Limited long-term growth structure – Advancement pathways may not always be clearly defined, especially for operations staff. Pressure-driven environment – Emphasis on numbers over process can create a reactive workplace rather than a strategic one.
