Pros
Big company, lots of career opportunities if your manager is a good one and allows you to grow. Have lots of international opportunities if one is interested and fits the job description.
Cons
Too much politics, change takes too long deprive people in the process of change. Has process for everything tough unnecessary complicated because they have for country and Global AG separate. Most of the applications they use are in-house and does not necessarily the best solutions.
