Certainly, Masisa is a good company, good product and very concerned about life quality and the occupational safety. Maybe you can learn something and develop your career before they need to sell the company.
Cons
The lack of strategy and assertive decisions were devastating for this company. You can see more efficiently competitors, good products (in most cases better than Masisa), and small players in the past that literally swallow the company nowadays (in some markets of Latin America, such as Brazil and Mexico).
