Pros? I worked with this company for an year and never seen any advantage. It's better to be jobless than to work for Lumen21.

When I got the job, the HR was so rude and asked me to join within a week. Yes, literally one damn week to relocate from another state to California which is ridiculous. I had to join the company as I did not have another choice. I left the company right away within few months. Lumen21 is a useless company with zero benefits. The company offers medical insurance plan which is not even worth $20. Probably its valid for one hospital in the entire California. When it comes to salary, you'll probably get the lowest pay in the whole United States. The company's holiday benefits are the worst. If you're a client and looking for a business, please do not consider this company! They have zero values and just operating for the sake of money. This company is surviving with the contract with one or two clients.
