      My management is great, benefits are top notch. We work remote and they are flexible with time off. New leadership has lots of ideas.

      Need to update processes. People are leaving in droves. No yearly raises and forced rankings.

      Pros

      Super friendly team and staff. I have even connected with interns outside of my position and made great friends from this internship. You get to participate in numerous events and listen to guest speakers. Highly recommend this internship program!

      Cons

      My position was remote. While being at home is a plus, it can be challenging to connect with your manager or mentor since they have their own busy schedules.

      Remote-ish, which I love if I go out of state I don’t have to take time off. Management is outstanding.
